Chapter Fourteen

“It’s a special kind of armor,” Robert said as he held the lavender baby doll and the skimpy panties out to Pet.

“Armor?” she said with a giggle despite the fierce red blush in her cheeks.

“Put the panties on first, darling,” he said. “I want to see you in them before they get covered up by the nightgown.”

Pet’s nose wrinkled. “Panties?” she said, as if merely speaking the word might make a girl liable to a spanking.

“Women on other planets have worn them for thousands of years, Pet. On Prosperia the founding fathers decided that girls of the upper class should wear drawers instead—except when a bride wears training pants, as you well know, to help control her needs. Put them on now. In the game they give a piece protection from some important moves another player might try, in a contest.”

He held the tiny garment out, and Pet took it reluctantly, swallowing visibly as she felt how light it was, and saw the pretty mesh lace out of which it was almost entirely fashioned.

“Moves?” she asked, as she rubbed her thumb over the material, a sort of fascination seeming to come into her voice, as if she couldn’t help wondering how the panties would feel on her bare little cunny.

“Do as I said, please,” Robert replied. He checked his handheld: they had five minutes until the next turn began. When he looked up, he saw Pet looking back at him, still motionless, still feeling the lace of the underwear between her fingers.

He understood then that despite her growing knowledge of the game, his wife’s Prosperian upbringing would make each of these moments somewhat of a special challenge. Pet stood naked, collared and leashed, and he had just fucked her very soundly, held down over a wooden block. That made her eyes go wide. She bit her lip, looking up at him with a furrowed brow, so that Robert could see very clearly that the story of the Harkins’ final game had affected her deeply. Then Pet stooped, though, and put her right foot into the tiny panties and then her left. She drew them all the way up. A soft whimper came from her throat when she felt how they claimed her, with their nearly transparent lace, between her thighs.

Robert felt his lips part, and he drew a slightly labored breath, as he looked at his beautiful red-haired wife in those naughty panties. Inwardly, he confessed to himself that though he had seen girls in lacy underwear in the red district, he hadn’t expected to find the sight of Petronilla Wendell Lourcy in those skimpy lavender knickers so very moving.
